Embed, a leading provider of Revenue Management Systems for the amusement and family entertainment industry, is pleased to announce the completed rollout of its new smartTouch™ debit card readers to all 77 Dave & Buster’s locations throughout the US and Canada.
All Dave & Buster’s locations now operate with a custom version of Embed’s next-gen card reader. Recent surveys have indicated greater customer satisfaction in the midway since the upgrades.

Embed worked very closely with Dave & Buster’s to support the migration process, carried out by their in-house installation and operations teams. With such ambitious rollout targets, it was quite an achievement for both companies, considering it needed to be accomplished without interruption to the store’s normal operations.
While Embed is very proud of this achievement, it also thanks the Dave & Buster’s team for their combined passion and drive to meet these goals.
