Existing customers can lodge their return merchandise authorization (RMA) forms here for repair and replacement of parts within their warranty period. If you’re not sure if your game or parts are still under warranty please contact our support department so one of our team members can assist you.
After submitting the form below, we will e-mail your RMA number to the specified address with instructions on where to send your package. If you have any other inquiries please get in touch with a team member through our contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
