Helix Leisure, a world leader in out-of-home entertainment, announces two new team members forĀ its sales and marketing teams for brands Embed and LAI Games. John Keys has been appointed Strategic Accounts Manager for Embed, and Justin Randall is the new Game Testing Coordinator for LAI Games. John and Justin will support Helix Leisure’s growth by identifying ways in which the company can better serve its customers.
John Keys
John will be working with clients that require close partnerships because of their number of locations, growth rate or unique ongoing business requirements. He will provide consultation, business analysis and business development relationships for these key customers, ensuring the organization satisfies their needs. He will also be developing pro-active assessment and review programs for those customers to provide feedback to Helix Leisure.
John has an extensive background in sales and marketing, needs analysis, systems design and implementation, as well as customer support. He spent the past 16 years with Oracle Hospitality (MICROS) as a Senior Sales Executive, where he was directly responsible for the Premier Regional and National Accounts, and won numerous awards for his service. John has over 30 years consulting sales and systems management in the Hospitality and IT Industries.
Justin Randall
Ted Parsons, General Manager for Helix Leisure North America said, “John is one of those individuals who is able to come on board and have an immediate impact. We have worked with him extensively in the past with respect to our interface with Micros, and John has an excellent capacity to work with multiple parties to find solutions for his clients.” Justin brings a unique perspective to his role as Game Testing Coordinator, having been on the operating side of the business for the past 13 years with Chuck E. Cheese’s. Justin began his career as an assistant technician, and later held various management positions including General Manager of four Chuck E. Cheese’s locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Justin will be in charge of running LAI’s test game program, which provides valuable information for research and development and optimizing game performance and for the US market.
