Which Kit Do I Need?
- Original Virtual Rabbids: The Big Ride: The original Virtual Rabbids with only 3 rides must be upgraded to 6 rides before the headsets can be upgraded. We offer a bundle of the Headset Upgrade plus the Big Expansion Pack for an incredible price on the parts store.
- The Big Bundle/Expansion Pack: All Virtual Rabbids models with 6 Experiences can be upgraded.
- Virtual Rabbids Ultra HD: All Virtual Rabbids: Ultra HD models with the HTC Vive Pro 2 can be upgraded. *New orders of Virtual Rabbids Ultra HD continue to ship with the Vive Pro 2, which is still supported.
Our Headset Upgrade Kit is designed for seamless installation and a much more durable headset situation.

About the Virtual Rabbids Headset Upgrade Kit
Why Is there a replacement kit?
HTC has discontinued its Vive and Vive Pro 2 headsets. To ensure that the game will continue to operate smootly, we have partnered with DPVR. Note: LAI continues to support the Vive Pro 2.
Do I need a replacement kit for my Virtual Rabbids Machine?
If you have a headset failure with your original Virtual Rabbids, you will need to purchase the Headset Upgrade Kit.
My HTC headsets are still working. Can I order additional replacement HTC headsets should the need arise?
Unfortunately, no. HTC has decided to end-of-life the Vive headsets, and we are not able to maintain stock of them to support you.
I have one faulty HTC headset, can I still order a single HTC headset?
No, the original HTC Vive BE (Business Edition) headsets are no longer available for purchase. We would recommend purchasing the Headset Upgrade Kit as DPVR has improved durability and calibration accuracy. This will improve the life span of your Rabbids machine while minimizing the need for maintenance and operator intervention.
